Thought I would get the same jacket I got before... I got an Achiever XL Dec. 2005
The sleeves aren't fleece, (the rest is) plus the cuff is different now :..( I got it cus I lost weight!! took me time!
At least I still have the old one... didn't give away just have to fold up the sleeves!
Don't want to go though the hassle of trying to return. Don't know which other jacket I could get like! I'll look to see if They have the Achiever...
My Taslan Jacket
I order this jacket as a Christmas gift and made a mistake and order the wrong size, the jacket is light and the material isside is warm. I would recommend this jacket to anyone who are looking for a light jacket.

when I saw this jacket on the website it looked very nice, but when i received it, I was disappointed and not what I expected. The sleeves are tooo! big, lots of excessive material, and it is too short sitting just above the waist. I would not recommend it.
Comfortable Mid-Weight Jacket
They got this jacket right. It is very light and comfortable, has sturdy zippers. It provides adequate temperature control for temperatures that pass for cold in the San Francisco Bay Area. For colder temps, layering would be quite comfortable.

My cousin said it is very nice an keeps him cozy. :-)
